Bridge & System Architecture
The Studio Control Bridge is the technical link between the Studio Control user interface and your production environment.
Among other things, she is responsible for:
-
Communication with your video switcher
-
Reading available macros
-
Safely triggering automations
-
Local control of graphics output (DSK / Keyer)
The bridge runs locally on the production computer and ensures that live control and graphics output are reliable and low-latency.
Important:
The Studio Control Bridge can only be downloaded after creating a user account.
System requirements
For Studio Control to function reliably, efficiently and without limitations, the following requirements must be met.
Operating system:
-
macOS: macOS 12 (Monterey) or later
(Apple Silicon & Intel supported)
-
Windows: Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit)
Linux is not currently supported.

Supported Video Switchers & Systems
Studio Control's user interface serves as the central control point for your production.
It can only read and trigger existing macros – it does not replace native control functions of the respective systems.
Supported systems:
-
Blackmagic Design ATEM
All ATEM models with macro function
-
vMix
All versions (Basic, HD, 4K, Pro)
-
NewTek / Vizrt TriCaster
All models & generations
Studio Control does not directly interfere with the internal logic of the systems, but works securely and transparently via existing macros.
